When you submit a receipt via the iPhone or Android app, it will take no longer than 1 business day to process. Typically, it will take a much shorter time, ranging from a few minutes up to a few hours depending on the when you submit the receipt. 

If you have receipts in your app that have been processing for longer than 1 business day, then there was a problem with the submission and the image never made it into our processing queue. Please contact our support team for assistance.
