Well that's not supposed to happen! Check out the two culprits below to see if they caused the problem.
Your email provider may have marked the email as spam (rude!). Take a look at your settings and peek through your spam folder to find it. If you still can't locate the email, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can sort the mess out for you!
